Data Deletion Instructions

These data deletion instructions explain how to ask Ordwick to delete the personal data we hold about you. They cover data from our website and from Facebook, Instagram, Messenger and WhatsApp. You can make a request at any time, and it is free.

What Data We Hold About You

We only keep the data you share with us. For example, when you message our Facebook Page, Instagram account or WhatsApp number, we receive your name, your profile or phone number and your messages. Also, when you fill in one of our lead forms on Facebook or Instagram, we receive the answers you give, such as your name, email and phone number. Finally, when you contact us through ordwick.com, we keep the details you type into our forms.

We use this data to reply to you and to manage your project. We never sell it.

How to Request Data Deletion

To make a request, please follow these steps.

1. First, email info@ordwick.com with the subject line “Data deletion request”.
2. Next, tell us your name and the email address, phone number or social media account you used to contact us. That way, we can find all of your records.
3. Then, tell us if you want us to delete everything, or only some of your data.

After that, we will confirm that we have your request. We will delete your data within 30 days and email you when it is done.

Remove Ordwick From Your Facebook Account

You can also stop sharing data with our app through Facebook. To do so, open Facebook and go to Settings & privacy, then Settings. Next, choose Apps and websites. Find the Ordwick app and click Remove. However, this only stops new data. So please also email us if you want us to delete the data we already hold.

What Happens After Data Deletion

Once we delete your data, we remove your messages, lead form answers and contact details from our systems. As a result, we will no longer be able to see your past conversations with us.

In some cases, the law asks us to keep a few records for a set time. For example, we must keep invoices for tax purposes. If so, we will tell you which records we keep and why. We will delete them as soon as we are allowed to.
